Jefferson celebrated its third Jefferson Day with smiles, laughter and a few special surprises that made the day memorable for students and staff. Jeffersaurus made a guest appearance on TJTV, joining the broadcast to share helpful tips on staying healthy during the winter, including the importance of handwashing, resting and staying home when sick.
Throughout the day, classroom teachers collaborated across grade levels to lead hands-on activities that encouraged creativity and teamwork. Students worked together on group art projects, cross-grade challenges and playful learning stations that kept energy high and spirits bright.
Jefferson Day continues to be a meaningful tradition, a time to connect, celebrate the school community and care for one another. This third celebration strengthened friendships, highlighted collaboration and left everyone looking forward to the next Jefferson Day.
